What is the difference between the two products?
HA is a substance naturally found in the skin that helps attract and retain water. As we age, our levels decline, which can contribute to dehydrated skin and elasticity.
PDRN is a naturally derived DNA fragment from salmon, which primarily focuses on supporting the skin's natural repair processes by triggering cell regeneration.
Which booster is right for me?
The most appropriate treatment depends on your skin concerns and we will discuss this when you come in to the clinic. Best to book the "not sure" treatment under the "Skin Booster and Rejuran" category, and we can personalise a plan together.
How many treatments will I need?
This varies depending on the product being used and your individual skin concerns. As a guide, Rejuran in most cases is a series of 3 treatments, with the HA boosters, this can vary depending on the product/brand we use.
Is there any downtime?
Most people can return to normal activities shortly after treatment. Mild redness, swelling, tenderness or bruising at the injection sites may occur and usually settles within a few days.
